- The garments must be in the same condition in which they were received.
- To change size, select the new size directly in the portal.
- To request a refund, enter your request in the portal and keep an eye on your email.
- Once we receive the product, we will send the corresponding exchange or make a full refund of the money by the selected means.

Warranty:
- You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return the garment.
- You can make an exchange or return if the garment does not fit, you do not like it, or you are not satisfied.
- The product must be in the same condition in which you received it to proceed with the exchange or return.
- Shipping for product exchanges is completely free. In case of returns, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back.
